Located in L'Escala, the recently renovated holiday home "Casa en urb Cala Montgó" offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The 80 m² property features a new living room with two sofas, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. All spaces are now connected: the third bedroom, previously accessible only from the patio, now also has direct access from inside the house. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a smart TV with streaming services. Heating is provided by gas radiators; please use energy responsibly. In cases of exceptionally high usage, the extra cost may be deducted from the deposit. A cot and high chair are available for families with young children. The house includes a private patio with a terrace and barbecue, as well as a cozy covered outdoor lounge area—perfect for relaxing summer evenings. Cala Montgó beach is nearby, offering easy access to the sea and leisure areas. Free parking is always available. Pets are allowed for an extra fee. Air conditioning is not available.
